Three people have been charged with theft after stealing customer account information to purchase roughly $50,000 worth of product from Lowe’s stores across Pennsylvania.
Joel Cabrera-Gutierrez and Francisco Dejesus-Valerio have been charged with nine counts of organized retail theft and corrupt organizations. Leury Antonio Cepeda-Brioso has been charged with eight counts related to the organized retail stealing ring.
Between August and September 2025, the trio conducted the thefts in Columbia, Franklin, Monroe, Warren, and York counties.
The trio used the account numbers of five Lowe’s customers to place online orders. The camera captured the trio scooping up the items.
The Attorney General’s Office will prosecute the matter on Sunday under the Organized Crime Section.
