A 12-year-old girl who vanished from her Ohio home over the weekend has been located safe.
Armani Reynolds went missing from her Boydson Drive residence in Toledo on Saturday, March 7, according to a Toledo Police Department report.
On Wednesday, March 11, the TPD announced that Armani “has been located safe at a residence in Sylvania.”
“Thank you to everyone who shared the information and helped spread the word,” the police said.
Devin Reynolds, Armani’s mother, stated in an interview before her daughter was found that she last saw her around 1 a.m. local time on Saturday before falling asleep, according to ABC affiliate WTVG and CBS affiliate WTOL.
“She said goodnight. ‘I love you. “That was it,” Devin recounted.
Devin awoke later that morning to find Armani’s bedroom window unlocked and her daughter missing, according to WTVG. She reported Armani missing the same afternoon.
The TPD claimed in its warning that there were “concerns” about the missing girl’s safety.
Devin insisted her daughter was “not in trouble” before she was found and begged her to return home, according to WTVG.
“I just want you home and I’m not mad at you,” she said.
