Chambers was allegedly employed as a civilian contractor and stationed in Iraq during the time specified in the indictment.

Chambers had top secret security clearance at the time, but he sent documents to two people who did not have it.

If convicted, Chambers could face up to ten years in federal prison without parole on each count.
