A lucky Mohegan Sun guest from New York had a memorable day on Tuesday, March 10, when he won $1.7 million on a $5 bet.
This week, casino officials in Uncasville claimed that a visitor won the jackpot on an IGT Whitney Houston slot machine at Casino of the Sky. The total winnings come to $1,770,327.
This marks the second time in less than a month that a Mohegan Sun slot jackpot has reached $1.7 million.
Casino of the Sky has the Hold & Spin Slot Zone, which contains hundreds of popular games.
Mohegan Sun includes roughly 4,300 slot machines and table games spread throughout Casino of the Sky and Casino of the Earth, as well as multiple high-limit lounges, the Mohegan Sun FanDuel Sportsbook, a large-scale poker room, and other amenities.
