Boston woman plans to buy a house after winning $1 Million on lottery ticket

Millana Neely-Ramos of Boston is celebrating a big win.

Neely-Ramos won $1 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$2,000,000 50X Cashword” fast ticket game, lottery officials announced in a statement.

Neely-Ramos chose the cash option for her award, receiving a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes, according to officials.

She informed lottery authorities that she intends to invest the funds and eventually purchase a home.

She bought her winning ticket at Happy Super Mart at 122 Seaver St. in Dorchester.

The retailer will receive a $10,000 incentive for selling this ticket.
