Deputies in Lake County are appealing for the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered child, according to authorities.
According to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Sofia Prendville, 12, was last seen around 9:50 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at her Clermont residence.
Sofia is reported as being about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds. Officials stated that she has black and purple hair. She was last spotted wearing black leggings and a cream-colored pullover.
Authorities say the girl is missing and in danger.
