In a terrible murder-suicide in Queens early Wednesday, a 20-year-old man shot his 18-year-old girlfriend before killing himself, police sources told The Post.

When authorities arrived at the site, they discovered the girlfriend with gunshot wounds to the head, torso, and abdomen, police said.
Police said the boyfriend was shot in the head.
The pair was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police stated the investigation was still ongoing, and no arrests had been made.
The names of those slain were withheld pending notification to family members, according to authorities.
