The third suspect in the March 18 assault that left the victim with a shattered orbital bone was apprehended Wednesday night.
Lewis Hart, 21, was arrested at 10 p.m. on April 1 and will be arraigned this morning.
Christian Hart, 25, was arrested on March 28, and bail was set at $75,000. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 6.
Feliz Hernandez, 24, was detained on March 28. His bail was set at $50,000, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 10.
Three are facing a felonious assault charge.
