Four people were indicted on charges connected to a Columbus, Ohio-based drug trafficking investigation in the spring of 2024.
In May 2024, four people were detained in Huntington’s 1600 block of Jackson Avenue after Huntington Police seized a loaded handgun; a large quantity of crack cocaine, cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl; packaging and distributing illegal drugs; and a considerable amount of cash.
As a result of the investigation, the following suspects were arrested:
- Daryl Collins, of Columbus
- Taemarr Gunnell, of Columbus
- Ronald McComas, of Huntington
- Kenneth Russell-Reynolds, of Grove City, Ohio
On March 6, all four people were indicted on several narcotics offenses, according to court records.
Collins, Gunnell, and Russell-Reynolds were indicted on the same eight counts, which included four counts of possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver it and four counts of conspiring to supply it.
McComas faces four counts of conspiracy to supply a controlled drug.
