Surveillance Branson appears to be inebriated as he leaves the Horse You Came In On Saloon at approximately 2 a.m. He stumbles while leaning against a wall for assistance. He then speaks briefly with three unknown people before they part ways.
Additional footage shows Branson walking west on Thames Street. Around 2:38 a.m., he is spotted passing Sound Garden, the record store next door.
From there, Baltimore Police told FOX45 that “he was seen struggling to ride his electric bicycle and was stopped by private security who were posted in the area. ” Mr. Oduor was last seen going north on S.
