The New Orleans Police Department has located an unidentified body in New Orleans East.
The body was located at the intersection of Chef Menteur Highway and Read Boulevard. According to a NOPD spokesperson, the call arrived approximately 11:45 a.m.
No cause of death has been confirmed at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
