Man faces homicide charges in vanishing of Pennsylvania woman

A man is facing homicide charges in connection with the disappearance of a Pennsylvania woman.

State troopers arrested Vincent Lloyd Harp, 39, of Bloomsburg, on Sunday night and charged him with criminal homicide and tampering with evidence.

According to State Police in Bloomsburg, the charges stem from Katlyn Harp’s disappearance and death.

Vincent Harp was arraigned and denied bail. He was committed to Columbia County Prison.

According to authorities, Katlyn Harp has been missing since June 19, when she was last seen in Bloomsburg.

Special State Police units, including the Special Emergency Response Team drone, aircraft unit, and K-9 unit, conducted an intensive search.
