A woman has been arrested after allegedly injuring another driver in a crash and fleeing the scene on foot earlier this month, according to the El Paso Constable’s Office for Precinct 3.
Samantha Nicole Martinez, 27, was arrested on Tuesday, July 15, on an active warrant for collision with injury, with a $7,500 bond.

Martinez was involved in a car accident on July 9 near the intersection of Boone and Delta in South-Central El Paso, according to the Constable’s Office.
She reportedly escaped the accident on foot. The Constable’s Office reports that the collision injured the other driver.
Martinez was detained on Tuesday in the 900 block of Sun Fire and brought into custody. She was then booked into the El Paso County Jail.
