Teen Shot Near Halloran Park In Cleveland’s Jefferson Area

A teen was shot on Saturday at a public park.

Officers were dispatched to the area of W 117th Street shortly after 2 p.m. for a shooting; however, the event took place in the 12100 block of Cooley Avenue.

Cleveland Police reported that an 18-year-old was shot in the ankle. Cleveland Police sent the person to a hospital.

Police found a firearm in the area, but no arrests have been reported.
