Volleyball is up and running! The tryouts for the Ridgeline teams were held on August the ninth, tenth and eleventh. We now have a great team of champions!

Last year’s team was practically invincible. They went to the state tournaments beating the Juab Wasps 3-1, they played well throughout all of the sets, winning the first two. The team lost the third game with a very close 22-25, and they won the forth; 25-21.

With such incredible scores from last year, it’s very hard to think they won’t do as well this year. Last year was our school’s very first sports seasons and the Volleyball players played like they had been together for years, with mouth-dropping teamwork and comradery.

Many of the players practiced over the summer. We can almost promise our opponents we will destroy them. Good luck Volleyballers! Go win some titles for our school, and make us proud to be Riverhawks!
