Are You PUMPED For This Friday?
October 4, 2017
This Friday night is going to be a huge game for Ridgeline. It’s homecoming! We are going up against Bear River. It’s certainly going to be a super exciting game for both schools!
In order to be prepared for this awesome, once a year, event here are some do’s and don’ts to show Ridgeline’s school pride in the most fun and respectful way!
- Do: Dress up in Ridgeline merch! Wear Riverhawk t-shirts and sweaters!
- Do: Facepaint. Put a splash of color on your face with Ridgeline’s school colors!
- Don’t: Be disrespectful to Bear River students. Even if you’re provoked, try to show them that RHS students are the bigger man of the situation.
- Do: Invite everyone you know!
- Do: Enter in the newspaper contest! You could possibly win an entire pizza and a cool, unique place to sit during the game.
- Don’t: Make fun of others if Ridgeline wins. Being a sore winner is not cool at all.
- Don’t: Be upset if Bear River wins. It’s going to be a fun and
- exciting game nonetheless!
- Do: Make new friends! Talk to people around you and see if you have anything in common!
- Do: Show school spirit! Yell and cheer for Ridgeline!
- Don’t: Not go! It’s going to be a very memorable game for both Ridgeline and Bear River!
- Do: Something after the game! Go get a milkshake or hang out with your friends! It’s a good excuse to be home a little bit later than normal.
- Do: Go to the dance! Even if it’s last minute, and even if you don’t have a super fancy dress, it’s always enjoyable to dance around! Going stag is just as much as fun as going with a date.
With all of this mind, I know Ridgeline is going to have a fantastic game against Bear River! Homecoming is always super fun and this year is no exception. No matter who wins or loses, this is sure to be a great Friday for Riverhawks.
