Police: Woman Suspected Of Stabbing Man In Navy Yard

Police in the District are searching for a woman who they said stabbed a man in Navy Yard on Friday night.

Shortly before 8:45 p.m., the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to reports of a stabbing in the 1100 block of First Street SE, discovering a man with a stab wound.

According to a police report acquired by DC News Now, he was stabbed in an alley near the Onyx on First Apartments.

He was rushed to the hospital while still conscious and breathing.

On Sunday, MPD released security footage of the lady suspected of being involved.

Anyone who may identify the culprit or has information about the stabbing is asked to call MPD at (202) 727-9099 or text the department’s tip line at 50411.
