Man Apprehended on Lascivious Conduct with a Minor Charge in Farley, Iowa

On July 26, 2025, at 2:22 PM, 41-year-old Joshua Jeffrey Martin was arrested at 104 Gardens Ct, Farley, Iowa, on charges of lascivious conduct with a minor. Officer T.J. Boge made the arrest, which is logged as case number 2025002258.

According to court records, the incident involved a child under the age of 14 undressing in front of Martin in the presence of several minors.

Following the arrest, the case, State of Iowa vs. Joshua Jeffrey Martin (case number 01311 SRCR160708 in Dubuque), has moved on with multiple legal filings. The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department filed a criminal complaint on July 27, 2025, with an application for counsel and a financial statement from Martin. That same day, Magistrate Matthew W. Boleyn issued a no-contact order and an order for discovery and set an initial appearance hearing for August 19, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in courtroom 3106, with a $5,000 unsecured bond.
