Tempe police have announced an arrest in the death of a teen boy who was shot under a bridge near the Loop 202 freeway last week.
Police said Edwin Edward Denis, 19, was arrested on Thursday but did not say what accusations he faced.

The incident occurred last Friday, about 2 a.m., near The Watermark shopping mall, not far from Tempe Town Lake.
Officers came and discovered a 17-year-old teenager who had been shot and killed. Authorities have not yet released his name.
