Police: Teen Boy In Critical Condition After Shooting In Wilmington, Delaware

A 17-year-old teenager is in critical condition after being shot in Wilmington, Delaware, overnight, according to authorities.

According to the Wilmington Police Department, the shooting happened around 2 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025, on the 400 block of N. Franklin Street.

According to police, the gunshot victim, a 17-year-old kid, was critically injured and taken to the hospital.

The shooting is still being investigated, and more information will be published as soon as feasible, according to police.
