A man incarcerated at the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill was discovered dead in his cell over the weekend, according to state authorities.
Omar Marlow, 24, was found unresponsive on Saturday, according to a Department of Corrections news release.
Prison staff immediately provided life-saving measures until medical personnel arrived. Marlow was pronounced dead at 9:25 p.m.
He entered prison on October 12, 2023, on charges of robbery with serious bodily injury in Chester County.
The formal cause of death for Marlow will be determined by the Cumberland County Coroner’s Office, according to the Department of Corrections.
The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
