The Chandler Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a 14-year-old boy with a heart condition who went missing on Saturday night.
Michael Riggins Jr. was last seen around 9 p.m. at his house near McQueen Road and Chandler Boulevard, police said.

According to police, Riggins Jr. left his home without his heart medication or his cell phone. What he last wore for clothing is unknown.
