Stoughton Man Detained Man Charged With Drug Trafficking, Firearm Violation Offenses

A Stoughton man was arrested and charged with various drug and firearm violations after a joint investigation by local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.

On Thursday, August 7, at approximately 7:45 a.m., officers spotted Price entering a GMC SUV while conducting surveillance for an ongoing drug investigation. He was nabbed after a car stop.

Law officers executed a search warrant at Price’s home on Page Terrace, seizing two weapons, 165 grams of crack cocaine, and narcotics paraphernalia.

Price was charged Friday in Stoughton District Court and remanded without bail pending a dangerousness hearing on August 13.

In addition, a 26-year-old Stoughton man will be summoned to court on a charge of conspiracy to violate the Drug Law in connection with the investigation.

These are claims, and everyone involved is deemed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
