The DC Police Department has issued a critical alert for two boys, Tayjuan Freeman, 11, and Jayceon Hayes, 12, who were last seen in the 6400 block of Kansas Avenue NE. The police are asking the public for help in locating the children and have encouraged anyone with information to come forward.
