A 20-year-old man with developmental delays is missing in north Harris County, and officials need the public’s assistance to locate him.
Kaleb Anders was last seen Friday, August 8, 2025, around FM 1960 and Ella Boulevard.
Officials say Anders is developmentally delayed and may flee if scared, but he is not considered dangerous. He was last spotted wearing grey shorts and white Nike shoes.
Anyone with information on his location is asked to call Precinct 4 Constable’s Office dispatch at 281-376-3472 and reference case #2508-00956.
