UPDATE: Ms. Hurd was discovered in Richmond, Virginia, by two police officers who noticed her vehicle by the side of the road and stopped to check on her. She is safe and unharmed.
ORIGINAL: The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for assistance in locating Conchita G. Hurd, 78, who was last seen leaving her house on Boysenberry Court in Waldorf yesterday.
