Arkansas Police Apprehend Four Texas Men In $1M Pharmacy Burglary

Arkansas State Police have arrested four men from Texas in connection with a major pharmacy burglary in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The arrest resulted in the confiscation of over 26,000 stolen pills worth between $750,000 and $1 million.

On July 31, 2025, two suspects were recorded on a surveillance camera breaking into the pharmacy and destroying a rear window. For more than two hours, the suspects destroyed a secure storage cage carrying banned narcotics, filling big bags with prescription pill bottles.

A BOLO warning was issued after a Toyota RAV4 was spotted leaving the location on surveillance footage. Troopers later discovered the RAV4 going alongside a Nissan Rogue on Interstate 30 near Caddo Valley. Both vehicles were halted at the Pilot Travel Center, and four individuals were detained.

A search of one vehicle turned up two huge garbage bags full of pill bottles, including over 6,000 hydrocodone tablets, approximately 1,500 morphine pills, and over 6,700 oxycodone pills.

Erik Dewayne Lyons Jr., 21, Johnathan Dewayne Fore, 29, and Anthony Ray Venwright Jr., 32, all of Houston, Texas, were detained, as was Bartley Omar White Jr., 21, of Humble, Texas. Each defendant faces eight felony counts of trafficking a controlled drug and has been taken to the Clark County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing, and Missouri officials may seek additional charges.
