The FBI’s Chicago field office is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man wanted in connection with a series of violent carjackings.
Gary Luellen is wanted by the FBI on multiple charges, including conspiracy to defraud the United States, motor vehicle theft, carjacking, violent crime, drug offenses, and possessing a machine gun. Authorities claim that Luellen was involved in numerous armed carjackings in the Chicago area.
The FBI said Monday that tips can be submitted anonymously. Anyone with information is urged to call the FBI’s Chicago field office at (312) 421-6700 or visit tips.fbi.gov.
The agency stated that Luellen should be considered armed and dangerous. Authorities kindly ask the public to avoid approaching him and to promptly report any potential sightings.
