On Wednesday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an aggravated assault report in Harris County.
Maleah Boddie, a woman, was reported to have repeatedly struck another occupied vehicle with her car, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies quickly arrived on the site and began investigating the event.
Maleah Boddie was arrested after returning to the location shortly after the incident, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to Constable Mark Herman, “Maleah Boddie was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.”
Boddie was charged with a serious felony, and the 337th District Court placed her bond at $20,000.00.
