The ring camera footage purportedly captured a red Jeep Renegade entering the driveway, followed by three shots fired from within the vehicle. The complainant identified the driver as Norma Jean Givens, a 64-year-old family member. Bullets impacted a living room window, curtains, and the home’s frame, causing an estimated $1,500 in damage. A missile was eventually found from the carpet inside the house.

Investigators believe a license plate scanner detected Givens’ Jeep in the area just before the shooting. When she was stopped on August 27, 2025, cops discovered a .38 Special pistol in her purse. During an interview, Givens acknowledged shooting out the window of her home because she was furious with relatives over recurrent family problems. She also admitted that she may have injured or killed someone by firing into the house.
