A man will serve 210 days in the Washoe County Jail after being convicted of DUI and driving with a revoked license.
The Sparks Police Department pulled over Jose Velazquez-Marica on Feb. 26 after he was allegedly traveling at a dangerous pace. During the stop, Marica showed signs of impairment, and tests revealed that he was more than twice the legal driving limit.
Marica was convicted of DUI for the second time in July, as well as driving with a suspended license. He will serve 180 days for DUI and 30 days for driving with a revoked license.
