The investigation indicated that Gold Rush business owners Hamdan Alex Hamdan and Hamdan Omar Hamdan plotted with members of the Tango Blast gang to commit the aggravated robbery.

According to investigators, it took more than a year to conduct the investigation, which included assistance from Homeland Security Investigations and the Irving, Frisco, Richardson, and Dallas police departments.

Michael Neria, Christopher Jimenez, and Omar Hamdan, all Tango Blast gang members, pled guilty to the charges.

Charges Against Hamdan Alex Hamdan’s charges were dropped as part of a plea agreement in a different but related case in Irving.

The punishments’ lengths have not been revealed.

Authorities suspect the group was involved in a string of burglaries that occurred throughout the DFW metroplex between July 2019 and January 2021.

Addison Police have not released any information regarding the other burglaries in which the group may have been involved.
