A man in Camp Hill is facing many charges after reportedly attempting to rob a bank and assaulting two police officers on September 24th.
Darius Hall, 34, of Lakewood, WA, allegedly entered the Fulton Bank with a hammer around 10:30 a.m., demanded money, smashed a pane of plexiglass and a computer screen, and then fled.
Officers from the Lower Allen Township Police DePlexiglaspartment and the West Shore Regional Police Department discovered the vehicle Hall allegedly drove during the robbery in the area of South 10th Street and Lowther Street in Lemoyne.
According to police, Hall drove into two police cars and assaulted two policemen while attempting to flee.
He was apprehended shortly after, near Hummel Avenue and South 10th Street.
The two officers were treated for minor injuries.
Hall is charged with robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, theft, recklessly endangering another person, conspiracy to commit robbery, and conspiracy to commit theft.
