The Common Man’s guide to Chills down the Spine

It’s the time of the season as the Zombies would say, a chill runs through the air. Halloween is nearly upon us and you’re looking to attend a dead man’s party for a thrill.
Well you’re in luck, for here we have a guide to all the spooks and howls across Cache Valley. We’ll break down each attraction down by categories such as price, location, and dates. These are sure to make you yelp with fright.
- 10th West Scarehouse – 919 N 1000 W, Logan, UT
This attraction is one of the most popular scarehouses in the valley. Located across from Gossner Foods, this classic is open Thursdays from 7:30- 9:30 and on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30-9:30. Tickets are $20 for General Admission (includes Indoor and Outdoor) or $35 for the Fastpass. This attraction is sure to make you shriek.
- Little Bear Bottoms – 5000 US-91, Wellsville, UT
Located just past the Wellsville Maverick going south, sits Little Bear Bottoms on the left of the highway. This is a double whammy, being both a Corn Maze and a Haunted River Trail. Little Bear Bottoms is open Monday-Thursday from 5-10 PM, Friday from 5-11 PM, and Saturday from 12-11 PM. Tickets for the Haunted River Trail are $10 by themselves, however, if you get the package you get to do the River Trail and Corn Maze for only $16. A Corn Maze and Haunted River Trail is a fall win-win.
- American West Heritage Center – 4025 S.hwy 89-91, Wellsville, UT
This is another double whammy place, offering a corn maze and a haunted hollow. If you’re heading north on highway 89, this museum sits on the left. Their corn maze is open Monday-Thursday from 5- 10PM, Friday from 4-11PM, and Saturday from 11AM-11PM. On the 30th it is only open from 11AM-5PM. The Haunted Hollow is open Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30-10:30 PM and isn’t open on the 30th. Tickets for the Haunted Hollow are $10 and the Corn Maze Combo is $12. A great autumn experience for all ages.
