An investigation is underway after a man was discovered on fire and hanging from the I-610 freeway Thursday night.
According to Houston police, Union Pacific employees reported a fire near Kirkpatrick and the I-610 underpass around 10:30 p.m.
When authorities arrived, they discovered a man’s body half on fire and dangling from an underpass. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
