As police approached, the three suspects fled the scene. They were apprehended after being discovered in a nearby residential area.

Kendrick Durr, 28, was located in the 9500 block of South University Avenue. Allen Powell, 35, and Jaylin Thomas, 24, were located in the 9500 block of South Dobson Avenue.

Officers discovered boxes of subwoofers removed from the cargo container.

Durr, Powell, and Thomas were charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor trespassing on railroad property.

Durr and Thomas were released after their court appearances on October 30.

Powell was on probation at the time of his arrest for unlawful use of a weapon, and he was first detained for a probation violation. He has now been released.
