On Tuesday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft at the Target store at 19511 North Freeway. They arrested Adeline Jones, Carnell Moore, and Cakeena Mitchell. According to Constable Herman’s office, Mitchell had an active felony theft warrant, as reported by Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

The accused allegedly evaded all sales checkpoints with $224.46 in unpaid merchandise. The retailer received the merchandise back after the arrests. “They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail,” Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported. Adeline Jones is charged with theft, and her bond is set at $100 in County Court 2. After two prior offenses, Carnell Moore and Cakeena Mitchell face felony theft charges, with their bond hearings currently pending in the 486th District Court.
