New York Lottery: Albany lottery player wins $1M scratch-off prize

Willard Dorsey of Albany won the $1,000,000 top prize on the New York Lottery’s $1,000,000 Bonus Cashword scratch-off game, according to lottery officials.

Dorsey received a single lump sum payment of $436,173 after required withholdings.
