Four immigrants were taken into custody after they were arrested on I-190 Monday morning after a pursuit, according to a spokesperson with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Four men were driving in an “erratic” manner at 8:30 a.m. Monday, according to New York State Police. A traffic stop was made near Exit 1, and some of the males allegedly tried to flee the area.
CBP arrived as part of their investigation and brought the men into custody. They were discovered to be in the US illegally. One was from Mexico, another from Ecuador, and the last two were from Honduras.
The men were turned over to ICE to face deportation procedures.
