A 13-year-old girl from Kentucky who had been missing since October was found Friday inside a home in Silver Spring after a tip led the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) and the United States Marshals Service to the residence.
Wynter Wagoner, a 13-year-old girl from Rockcastle County, Kentucky, last appeared on October 14, 2025, according to the MCPD. She was found inside a Silver Spring home on the 12000 block of Dalewood Drive.
The Montgomery County Department of Police, in cooperation with the United States Marshals Service, arrested Christian Alexander Delgado, 37.
Montgomery County Police 4th District officers were alerted at 5:52 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26, following a report that the missing girl might be in Montgomery County. Officers and U.S. Marshals deputies discovered Delgado and Wagoner inside the apartment.
Delgado was taken into custody without incident, and Wagoner was sent to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The Rockcastle Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant accusing Delgado of kidnapping.
Delgado is now being imprisoned at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
