Suspected Drunk Driver Apprehended on Tomball Parkway with BAC Over Legal Limit as Harris County Cracks Down on DUI

Authorities in Harris County removed a suspected impaired driver from the road earlier this month. Last Friday, Constable Mark Herman’s Office deputies stopped Aniyah Como on a busy section of Tomball Parkway’s 23800 block. Como, who showed indicators of suspected impairment, was subjected to many standardized field sobriety tests at the scene.

Como was found to be inebriated, having a blood alcohol percentage of 0.141, which was higher than the legal limit. An official release featured an error about her bond, which was listed as $100 while operating a moving vehicle without specifying that she was no longer driving.

Aniyah Como was detained and accused of driving while intoxicated. The precinct announced the arrest via social media to notify the community and strengthen efforts to prohibit intoxicated driving on local roadways.

The precinct primarily communicated details about the incident and law enforcement’s response through its official channels. Constable Pct. 4’s Facebook page gave case updates and encouraged locals to stay vigilant and report reckless driving.
