Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued by NWS Across 5 U.S. States Tonight

The National Weather Service has issued a “severe” thunderstorm warning for five states tonight.

Five US states are ready for severe weather and flooding. The National Weather Service issued the warning Wednesday evening. The storms could continue into Friday.

“The potential for severe storms and flash flooding will increase ahead of a strong cold front on Friday for portions of the lower Mississippi Valley and mid-South,” the NWS announced.
