Four people from Texas have been arrested for a string of burglaries targeting North Florida Family Dollar stores, according to the Tallahassee Police Department.
Pensacola Police called TPD detectives on Monday to report the burglary spree.

The use of license plate reader technology and shared intelligence enabled detectives to identify when the suspects had come into Tallahassee, according to the TPD.
Officers partnered with the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and the Real Time Crime Center to see the suspects cut power to and attempt to burglarize a Family Dollar store.
The suspects then traveled to another Family Dollar, where a burglary occurred, according to TPD.
Robert Chalk, 23; Tyler Foster, 21; Daylon Malcom, 24; and Jylen Williams, 25, were detained.
Officers inspected the car and discovered burglary tools and a safe taken from the second Family Dollar.
All four suspects have been charged with two counts of burglary, possession of burglary tools, and criminal mischief.
“By leveraging technology, real-time data, and advanced investigative tools, our officers and detectives can identify patterns, share information quickly, and act decisively. This case is a perfect example of how we can address problems head-on,” Chief Lawrence Revell said in a press release.
