A Rockland County woman made a life-changing purchase by winning the top prize in the New York Lottery’s $10,000,000 Cash scratch-off game, lottery officials reported.
Beatrix Maria Bulson of Stony Point won the $10 million prize and chose to receive a one-time lump sum payment of $4,211,980, after statutory withholdings, according to officials.
The winning ticket was purchased at Stony’s Food N’ News in Stony Point.
As of this writing, only one top prize remains on the $10,000,000 Cash ticket. To verify the status of any New York Lottery scratch-off, players can obtain the Game Report from nylottery.ny.gov.
New York’s scratch-off games generated $4,339,794,048 in total sales from fiscal year 2024-2025. Rockland County school districts received $53,707,912 in Lottery Aid to Education funds over the same time period.
