Harris County Deputies Apprehend Two Men on North Freeway

Last Friday, Harris County deputies stopped a vehicle on the North Freeway after discovering the driver asleep.

When deputies tried to wake him, the driver, Sheldon Coleman, attempted to flee but was apprehended.

Coleman was detained for evading arrest in a motor vehicle. The 488th District Court set his bond at $7,500, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

Roy Winters, a passenger in the vehicle, initially ignored deputies’ demands to evacuate and was subdued with a Taser.

The confrontation concluded in the 20800 block of the North Freeway, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Facebook page. Both males are in the Harris County Jail, with Coleman’s bond set at $7,500.
