Some have been released on pending complaints, while others remain in detention due to additional warrants or a lack of information about their city of residence.

Notable arrests include Justin Neal Shelton, 37, of St. Paul, who is charged with impeding the legal process, and Abraham Nelson Coleman, 45, of Minneapolis, who is accused of property damage.

Oliver Kilgore Jones, 27, of Minneapolis, was among those arrested and is being held on a warrant for intentional property damage and trespassing, charges that have been pending since 2022.

The incident that sparked the clashes involved 26 people; however, the circumstances surrounding the catalyst for the unrest have not been fully divulged by officials.

The police failed to pinpoint a single cause or event that could have triggered the riots.

The police freed Samantha Fay Muchowski, a 24-year-old Ramsey resident, and Jaylynn Marie Rodriguez, also a 24-year-old Minneapolis resident, pending a complaint.

The community’s reaction to the arrests and the incident itself has been divided, with some residents citing concerns about the consequences of civil unrest in their neighborhood. The police department is still investigating the issue and trying to figure out the full nature of what happened. They want anyone with information about the case to come forward. Officers on the site continue to gather details about the individuals charged and their suspected involvement in the incident.
