NYPD searching for sicko accused of raping 14-year-old girl in Manhattan building

Police are searching for a sicko who allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl in a Manhattan building on Thursday before fleeing with her cell phone, cops said.

Germaine Parham, 33, is accused of approaching the teen at 11:42 a.m. in a building along First Avenue and First Avenue Loop near Gramercy Park and committing the horrible sexual assault, according to the NYPD.

He allegedly then forcibly snatched the girl’s phone and fled the scene on foot.

According to authorities, the teen was taken to an area hospital and treated.

Parham was last seen dressed in a black-and-gray knit hat, gray face covering, white coat, camouflage leggings, a camo backpack, and black boots.
