The Carlisle Police Department stated that police forced entry into the home and discovered Anderson attempting to flush “an amount of crack cocaine consistent with drug sales” down the toilet.

Officers were able to recover the crack cocaine, and Anderson was arrested and sent to Cumberland County Prison.

He is charged with possessing a controlled substance with the purpose to distribute, dealing in the proceeds of illegal acts, tampering with evidence, obstructing the administration of law, fleeing arrest or custody on foot, cruelty to animals, simple assault, and drug paraphernalia.

According to court documents, he is still in prison on a $75,000 bail.
