A Cortland County man has won the top prize in the New York Lottery’s $10,000,000 Deluxe scratch-off game, officials announced.
According to officials, David Miller of Cortland claimed the $10 million win and chose a one-time lump sum payout of $6,510,010 after required withholdings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Grand Union of Cortland, 3932 St. Route 281.
Cortland is 30 miles south of Syracuse.
As of this writing, the top prizes in the $10,000,000 Deluxe scratch-off game had been claimed. Valid lower-tier rewards can be cashed till November 7.
New York Lottery scratch-off games generated $4.34 billion in total sales during fiscal year 2024-2025. Cortland County school districts received Lottery Aid to Education grants totaling $11,545,121 over the same time period.
