Brittany Chavarria-Hernandez, 12, was last spotted walking away from her Hempstead residence, according to police. She is described as a fmissing juvenileemale Hispanic who stands 5’2″ tall, weighs 110 pounds, and has red hair and brown eyes. She was last spotted wearing a black jacket and black Crocs. Her likely destination is New York City.
